What we do, in one paragraph.
Redemption Journey helps people in low-income communities build practical skills with technology, AI, and data. We teach families and students to use everyday AI and data tools, and we help colleges turn the information they already collect into clearer insight so they can support students sooner. We focus on underserved communities in the United States and Colombia.Redemption Journey is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 39-2670712, incorporated in Wyoming in June 2025.
Founding Story
Started because the data gap is a measurable barrier.
Redemption Journey was founded in June 2025 to address a single observation: communities and institutions trying to close equity gaps consistently lack the data tools, training, and infrastructure required to actually do it. The gap shows up in low-income neighborhoods of Colombia, and it shows up inside community colleges in the United States.
We begin our work in Cali, Colombia because the Valle del Cauca region presents an unambiguous test case: measurable digital divide conditions, strong local partner capacity, and a population actively seeking access to the skills and tools to understand their own world. We are recruiting a cohort of students there.
In parallel, we have opened higher education partnership conversations with US community colleges and universities, building toward a model that pairs community-level training with institutional data infrastructure. Both tracks share the same goal: make data and the skills to use it accessible where they are currently not.
