Programs
Four Programs. One Direction.
Each track is designed to operate where the gap is largest and where local capacity exists to sustain the work after we leave.

01
Community AI and Data Literacy
We train low-income adults and children to collect, read, and apply data using AI tools and cloud platforms. Participants learn to identify problems in their own communities and build evidence-based cases for change. This is applied problem-solving with real tools, not passive technology education. Active in Colombia, Kenya, and US domestic communities.
- Objectives
- Equip participants with applied AI and data skills they can use immediately to analyze conditions in their own neighborhoods and advocate for change.
- Target Population
- Low-income adults and youth in Colombia, Kenya, and underserved US urban communities.
- Delivery Model
- Cohort-based instruction in partnership with community organizations. In-language curriculum (Spanish and English). Low-bandwidth, shared-device compatible.
- Current Status
- Active pilot cohort of 35 students in Cali, Colombia. Expansion underway in Kenya and US domestic markets.
Measurable Outcomes Framework
Participants produce at least one community-data project per cohort, demonstrate AI tool fluency, and report applied use of data skills 90 days post-program.

02
School and Educator Capacity Building
We work with teachers and school administrators to embed data skills into how educational decisions get made. When schools can track attendance patterns, identify at-risk students early, and measure learning gaps with their own data, outcomes improve. We provide the training and tools to make that operational.
- Objectives
- Operationalize data-driven decision-making inside under-resourced schools so administrators can identify and act on student-level signals earlier.
- Target Population
- Teachers, principals, and school administrators serving low-income student populations.
- Delivery Model
- Direct training, lightweight tooling, and on-site capacity coaching. Built for intermittent bandwidth and shared-device environments.
- Current Status
- In development with partner schools in our active regions.
Measurable Outcomes Framework
Schools maintain functional attendance, performance, and equity dashboards owned by their own staff after engagement ends.

03
Higher Education Data Infrastructure
We partner with community colleges and universities to design and build data dashboards that give institutions clear visibility into student outcomes, equity gaps, and resource allocation. Our goal is to help institutions that serve low-income and first-generation students use their own data to make decisions that actually close those gaps. This is institutional capacity building with direct student impact.
- Objectives
- Give institutions serving low-income and first-generation students operational visibility into the equity gaps they are trying to close.
- Target Population
- Community colleges and four-year universities with significant low-income and first-generation student populations.
- Delivery Model
- Co-designed dashboards, data pipelines, and analytical frameworks built alongside institutional staff so capacity remains after engagement.
- Current Status
- Two higher education partnerships in active development.
Measurable Outcomes Framework
Institutions gain real-time visibility into student performance, attendance, and demographic equity gaps; administrators and faculty operate the dashboards without external analyst dependency.

04
Economic Pathway Development
Technology skills are only valuable when they connect to real opportunity. Our economic pathway track links program graduates to job placement resources, digital freelance opportunities, and continuing education pipelines in technology and data careers. We measure success by what participants do after the program, not just during it.
- Objectives
- Translate program completion into measurable income and continuing-education outcomes for participants.
- Target Population
- Graduates of the Community AI and Data Literacy track who are ready for placement or continued training.
- Delivery Model
- Placement partnerships, digital freelance onboarding, and structured handoffs into continuing education pipelines.
- Current Status
- Pathway partnerships in development alongside the pilot cohort.
Measurable Outcomes Framework
Track post-program income, freelance engagement, and continuing-education enrollment at 90, 180, and 365 days.
