Partnership inquiry.
Tell us about your organization and what you would like to explore.
What to expect after you write
Messages sent through the form are recorded and reviewed by the leadership team. Email sent directly to samuel@redjo.org reaches the team fastest, so use it if you are working against a deadline. Put the deadline in the subject line and we will prioritize it. Response times vary with the program calendar. During an active cohort cycle, replies to general inquiries can take longer than they do between cycles.
Where your message goes
The categories below cover most of what arrives. Each one is handled by the same small team, so a short and specific message gets a faster and more useful answer than a general one.
- Program enrollment
- Families, students, or teachers interested in the Cali cohort get a reply with the current enrollment calendar and next steps. If the window is not open yet, we hold your contact and let you know when it opens.
- Partnerships
- Foundations, schools, community colleges, universities, and community organizations move to a first call of about forty-five minutes. Give a short description of who your organization serves and what you would like to explore.
- Press and media
- Journalists and producers get a reply with background material and interview scheduling. If you are on deadline, put that in the subject line.
- Donations and receipts
- Questions about tax receipts, giving by wire, check, or donor-advised fund, and questions about how funds are used are answered with the relevant instructions or document.
- General inquiry
- Anything else lands here. If we are not the right organization for what you need, we try to say so plainly and, when we can, suggest where to look next.
Postal mail
For postal mail, use the registered agent address listed on the right. It is an address for official correspondence rather than a walk-in office, so replies to items that arrive by mail may run one or two weeks slower than email.
